Using Manor
Hearts Card Game: Manor and playhearts.app are operated by Arsen Shkenza. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be eligible to use the service under local law and have a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the app and website for their intended, lawful purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the service or its content. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Your account
The app requires sign-in, including for offline mode. Keep access to your Google account secure and do not share or sell your game account. Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or contain abusive or unlawful content. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and gameplay information. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Fair play
Do not cheat, collude to manipulate rankings, exploit errors, automate abusive activity, harass players, submit malicious reports or interfere with the service. Do not access accounts, private cards or systems you are not authorized to access. Report problems privately through support.
We may investigate misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service, subject to applicable law. You can contact support to ask for a review of an account restriction.
Games and rankings
Manor uses the rules published here. Online servers determine valid actions and results. Connectivity problems, interruptions or service failures can affect a game. Rankings are game statistics, not money or property, and may change as the game develops. Manor has no real-money wagers or cash prizes.
The current app does not offer paid currency, items, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their applicable terms will be presented separately.
Availability and responsibility
The app is in pre-release testing. Features may change, and uninterrupted access or preservation of every test match is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update or discontinue features. We will give notice where required.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably be foreseen or for disruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
