HEARTS CARD GAME: MANOR

Delete your account.

For Hearts Card Game: Manor — not your Google account.

In the app

  1. Open your account using the profile icon on the home screen.
  2. Choose Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm Delete account.

This is permanent. It removes your Manor sign-in account, public profile, ranked statistics and linked social records, including friendships, invitations and inbox messages. It does not delete your Google account. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your Manor account.

Without the app

You can request deletion of your Manor account and associated data by emailing outrunist@gmail.com. No app installation or game sign-in is required.

  1. Use the subject Hearts Card Game: Manor — Account deletion request.
  2. Send the request from the email address linked to your Manor account, if you can. Include your username or player code if known.
  3. We will verify ownership before handling the request. If you no longer have access to that email, explain this so we can discuss verification.
Request account deletion

This opens an email draft, not an automatic deletion. Send the email to submit your request. If the button does not open your email app, write to outrunist@gmail.com directly. Never include passwords or sign-in codes.

Associated records and confirmation

Confirmed in-app deletion immediately removes your account identifiers and names from stored online match recovery records as well as your account and linked records. Other players’ games and numeric results are preserved without your account linkage. This does not erase information already delivered to another player or another device’s offline storage.

We may need to keep limited support, security or legal records where necessary; provider backups can also remain until their normal expiry. Use the email request above for questions about associated records. We will confirm the outcome and explain any records that must be retained, the reason and the applicable period. See data retention in our privacy policy. Automatic expiry of older match records is not yet enabled during pre-release testing; it does not delay in-app account deletion.
